Travel Insurance Information!


Travel protection may be purchased through Travel Insured International or ANY other Travel Protection provider an individual chooses. We recommend Travel Insured International because of the very good claim experience our clients have had with them since before COVID. Again, it is entirely up to the individual if they choose to purchase a protection plan and from whom they purchase it.

 

  1. I am attaching the Student Travel Protection Plan Flyer/Price Sheet. This information explains the Basic Rates and the CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) Rates. 

    1. The Basic Protection Plan can be purchased at anytime following the paid deposit and up until 60 days prior to travel.

    2. The Basic Protection Plan with CFAR must be purchased within 14 days of an individual paying the trip deposit and is NOT available to purchase after that 14-day window.

NOTE: If a claim were ever to be made, the deposit date MUST be verifiable and proof provided to Travel Insured. They will ask for either a canceled check or credit card receipt proving the date the deposit was made.  If a person can not prove the deposit date the claim may be denied.

 

  1. If a travel wants to purchase either plan from Travel Insured, they would CLICK HERE to go to the Travel Insured portal and complete the requested information and make the payment.
